Sunway Giza is looking for suitably qualified and dynamic personnel to be part of our shopping centre.

With our development in retail and property investment industry, we are inviting dynamic individuals to be part of our team and to be a part of the exciting world of shopping!

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and liaises with suppliers for the delivery of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Prepares and compiles monthly departmental cost reports and inventory for office supplies.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of office facilities and equipments (i.e., photocopiers, fax machines, laptops, projectors, telephones etc).
  • Attends to telephone enquiries, arranges for outgoing mail and courier, and composes correspondences on behalf of the department to all staff.

Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin/Hospitality/Secretarial/Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Preferably candidates who has working experience a a shopping centre/ commercial building environment.
  • Required skill(s): Excellent interpersonal skills, good customer service, able to work under minimal supervision, and literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
